Strictly Shoujo is an anime & manga project I started a few months ago to have a place where you can find out all about different shoujo manga, have cool web resources, and also list your site as an official "Strictly Shoujo Site." A kind of web-ring of sorts, dedicated exclusively to shoujo manga and anime.
